Kind fruit and nut bar

I got this in the conscious box.











This is all natural, gluten and wheat free, low glycemic index(46), dairy free, and very low sodium. I have tried a different kind of the kind bar but i dont remember what the flavor was. This bar is amazing. You can taste the coconut. Very delicious.

    I got this bar in my conscious box but you can get them at your local health food store
