Nail Polish Lottery Club --January 27, 2013
Its time for another nail polish lottery club. I have to say that im really excited to be a part of this awesome club,, This weeks number was 79 My polish for 79 is Kleancolor in black out Kleancolor in black out. I wanted this black with different colored glitter to really stand out. I applied a white polish on first then applied two coats of the black out. For a top coat i used out the door.
