I really wanted to give this a try when i seen this on the Today show. They had a beauty segment  and they were saying that this is really good used as a primer under your makeup. SO off to Sephora i went and told the Wonderful ladies in there that i wanted a sample of this. Now, first of all, Yes you can go to Sephora and get any sample of the liquids. I do think that they limit you to 3 at a time. Also, the ladies in the Springfield Missouri Sephora are really awesome and super friendly, so if you are in the area or going through then stop in and tell them hi. I have seen this all over instagram and snapchat. So i thought i would give it a try as well. This is the  Elizavecco Milky Piggy carbonated bubble clay mask I got mine off of Amazon and that link is  right here Elizavecca milky piggy carbonated bubble clay mask is a bubble mud pack that provides pore cleaning and black head removal The carbonated bubbles gently massage the pores   After paste mask to your skin for 5 minutes, bubbles are generated, add some water to skin and massages two more minutes, effect of cleansing is maximized  This thing bubbles up and it started to bubble before i was even done applying it. This is such a really informative and good book. This talks about everything from the basic principles of yoga and how the right relaxation techniques to essential tips for beginners. There is also a sections for simple yoga poses and lots more. Get this box and start learning to relax  using yoga.

I have anxiety. I have , at one time been on medication  to control it but it didnt help at all. I, also break out into hives because of my anxiety. I also have  different types of anxiety as well. Hello, so this is a mask kind of day. So, here is a review, well sort of a double review if you will.  First let's talk about the importance of skin care.
