Release anger that you have towards others in order to heal emotional wounds and cultivate a spirit of peace. --Have a positive attitude. Replace negative thinking with positive and exercise the power of affirmations and uplifting self-talk. --Acknowledge past behaviors. When you find yourself doing a behavior, such as resorting to junk food, take time to explore the root causes of this negative behavior. Once the root is resolved the behaviors can change. --Live a life of gratitude.
