MY JOURNEY TO LOSING WEIGHT/ KETO METHOD

 Today i am going to talk more about my journey with keto and losing weight., My journey started when i was standing in my local walmart, getting ready to get some groceries with my then fiances, now he is my husband and i got a call from my doctors office following an appointment. He talked to me about my blood test results and basically, i was just down the road from a heart attack and diabetes, so i  started to tear up in the middle of the store.. I told my husband that i was tired of tiring to lose weight and it not working, and believe me when i say that i tried everything. He told me that he would talk to our nephew, who had done the keto diet, so right there in the store, we picked up some products that were low carb and low sugar and i started my keto journey. So basically how this diet works, i had to start ready the labels of all the products because i wanted to be under 20 carbs a day and very little sugar. KETO BROWNIES

 HERE WE ARE WITH ANOTHER KETO DESSERT THIS TIME IT IS KETO BROWNIES. I WAS CRAVING SOME BROWNIES AND DECIDED TO MAKE SOME KETO VERSION SO HERE WE GO. THIS ABOVE PHOTO IS THE INGREDIENTS THAT WE NEED 1/4 CUP COCO POWDER 2 TBSP COCONUT FLOUR 3 LARGE EGGS 12 TBSP BUTTER 1/2 CUP ERYTHRITOL ( I USE STEVIA) 1/2  TSP VANILLA PINCH OF SALT 2 OZ UNSWEETENED BAKERS CHOCOLATE START BY PREHEATING THE OVEN TO 325 DEGREES  WE ARE GOING TO COMBINE COCO POWDER, COCONUT FLOUR, AND SALT AND SET IT ASIDE.  THIS IN A SEPARATE BOWL,  WE ARE GOING TO MIX TOGETHER THE EYRTHRITOL, EGGS, AND VANILLA WITH A HAND MIXER. MIX UNTIL THEY ARE TRIPLED IN VOLUME. THIS SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES ON HIGH.  IN A THIRD BOWL , MELT THE BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE TOGETHER WHICH CAN EITHER BE DONE IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR THE MICROWAVE. I DID MINE IN  THE MICROWAVE.  THEN YOU ADD THE EGG MIXTURE TO THE BUTTER/CHOCOLATE MIXTURE IN THREE PARTS, FOLDING IN EACH TIME. ...

 TODAY WE ARE MAKING KETO OR LOW CARB CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES SO LETS GET STARTED 1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR 4 TBSP BUTTER 1 LARGE EGG 1/2 CUP ERYTHRITOL( I USE SWERVE) 10 DROPS LIQUID STEVIA 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT 1/4 TSP XANTHAN GUM 1 OZ UNSWEETENED BAKERS CHOCOLATE 1/4 TSP SALT *** I AM USING LILYS CHOCOLATE INSTEAD OF BAKERS CHOCOLATE AND IF YOU DO FIND LILYS JUST DON'T ADD THE LIQUID STEVIA  COMBINE THE ALMOND FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, XANTHAN GUM AND SALT IN A BOWL AND SET ASIDE MELT BUTTER IN A SEPARATE BOWL  THEN ADD VANILLA EXTRACT, LIQUID STEVIA ( IF USING), ERYTHRITOL, AND AN EGG TO THE MELTED BUTTER AND COMBINE  ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO WET INGREDIENTS IN TWO BATCHES AND MIX AND MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO CLUMPS  HERE IS THE SECOND BATCH  HERE IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN ITS COMBINED CUT THE BAKERS CHOCOLATE INTO AS BIG PIECES AS YOU WANT. KETO COCONUT BREAD

I found a keto friendly coconut bread So lets make it together Here is what you will need 7 large eggs 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup butter 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp xanthan gum  Heat oven to 355F First thing is put the 7 eggs into a bowl and beat them for 1 to 2 minutes on high then we add the remaining ingredients and beat again until completely mixed then scape into a 9 x 6 loaf pan. Again i didn't have baking paper so i just sprayed with coconut oil Bake for 45 minutes. To check if its done, stick a skewer into the middle and if it comes out clean, then its done. Does this not look delish. I let this rest for a few before i cut this and let me tell you that this taste so delish and i don't have to worry about this bloating me up. LOVE THIS!!!
