I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU, THIS DELICIOUS DESSERT THAT MY AWESOME HUSBAND MADE FOR US. ALL YOU DO IS TAKE SOME HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM AND WHIP IT UNTIL IT LOOKS LIKE COOL WHIP, THEN YOU ADD IN SUGAR FREE CHEESECAKE PUDDING MIX THEN HE ADD A DASH OR TWO OF PUMPKIN SPICE SEASONING THEN IT MIX IT TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATED IT SO DELISH. AND THIS IS PERFECT TO MAKE FOR THANKSGIVING WE ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF SPOON EVERY NIGHT BUT ITS ENOUGH FOR US TO GET A TREAT WITHOUT OVER DOING IT.   LET ME KNOW IF YOU TRY THIS ALSO MAKE SURE TO HIT THAT FOLLOW BUTTON ON THE RIGHT YOUR KETO FRIEND BEAUTY MAKEUP AND A GIRL LAURIE ANN

Today we are making pumpkin cream cheese muffin that are keto style so here we go. Here is what we are using 3 cups almond flour 1 heapng teaspoon baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3 large eggs 15 oz can pumpkin puree 1/2 cup sugar equivalent substitute ( i use swerve) 4 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice we are going to mix  together the almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside At this time im gonna put some cupcake papers into a muffin pan and set aside In a bowl, we are going to add eggs, pumpkin, swerve, butter, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla and im using a hand mixer to mix together until its well blended. I love the fall and pumpkin spice everything. So i see someone create a pumpkin spice eyelook but i wanted to put a different twist and use two different palettes. I am obsessed with this look and i wear this even to work. I love it. Its fall time again!!\ I love the summertime but i also love the fall equally. The fallen leaves we get to wear sweaters all the fall scents and flavors So it got me to thinking about my favorite fall scents COMMENT BELOW AND LET ME KNOW YOUR FAVORITE FALL SCENT!! Mine as you can tell from the photo is pumpkin The scents from bath and body works are the pumpkin latte and marshmallow comfort shower gel, sweet cinnamon pumpkin lotion, sweet cinnamon whipped shimmering body mouse, and from walmart , bodycology  fragrance in spiced pumpkin. and the top three are from a box kit that i cant find the link to anymore but its a pumpkin lip scrub, lip balm and soaps that are shaped like pumpkins Not shown is my pumpkin pie sugar free creamer.
