This is such a really informative and good book. This talks about everything from the basic principles of yoga and how the right relaxation techniques to essential tips for beginners. There is also a sections for simple yoga poses and lots more. Get this box and start learning to relax  using yoga.

I have anxiety. I have , at one time been on medication  to control it but it didnt help at all. I, also break out into hives because of my anxiety. I also have  different types of anxiety as well.
