review: mint teas

In my october   birchbox. I got some tea forte tea mints in lime mojito.

What they say:  these are infused with energizing yerba mate and rich cocoa. Join the resistance. support your body's defenses with the prevenative antioxidants found in sunny citrus of lemons and limes. A taste of the tropics with the breeze of mint.

My thoughts: These are minty,. Whether they help  your body's  defenses that i dont know. but they are very delicious and you can taste the citrus. These were extras in the box. Would i repurchase them?  Probably not because you can find similar things cheap at walmart that do the same thing.
