My thoughts: I did additional research to find out if this was safe and how to use this. Everything that i read said pretty much everything that amazon states. 
SO i have used this. I would start by spraying a little bit in my arms and working it in. I do feel better after using this. Let me go back and say that i have been feeling a little bit tired and having some pain in my lower back as well as headaches and this really did help with that. 
I would get this in your life. I would start by spraying a little bit at first to make sure that you don't have a reaction.
