Inner Peace commitment

--Commit to your spiritual health
--Commit to finding balance
--Forgive. Release anger that you have towards others in order to heal emotional wounds and cultivate
   a spirit of peace.
--Have a positive attitude. Replace negative thinking with positive and exercise the power of affirmations
   and uplifting self-talk.
--Acknowledge past behaviors. When you find yourself doing a behavior, such as resorting to junk food,
   take time to explore the root causes of this negative behavior. Once the root is resolved the behaviors can
   change.
--Live a life of gratitude. Whether it's a verbal thank you, an email, a text, or a good old fashion thank
    you card, thank those people who have had a positive impact on your life.
--Choose happiness. Happiness is a matter of focus, so shift your focus to that which fills you with joy.
--Eliminate excuses. Take power and responsibility for your choices.
--Control the controllable.   Do your best and make the best choices for you in all situations.
--Enjoy quiet times. Take time to reflect on life and your goals
