Renewal Commitment

--Take time to envision your goals.Whether it is what you want to look like physically, or the type of life your
    want to life.
--Surround yourself with positive people.
--Have a spontaneous heart. Take time to enjoy the little things in life.
--Assess the past. Use journal writing as a way to explore past behaviors and experiences so that you  can'
   grow from them.
--Live a healthy lifestyle. Making healthy choices directly affects your emotional wellbeing.
--Face your fears, learn from trials and obstacles and become stronger.
--Take time outs. Purposely take time out from the everyday stressors to get  recharged and excited about
   your life.
--Notice the needs around you. No matter what your current state, take time to look outside yourself and
    help others.
--Get rid of the clutter. De clutter your mind, home, workspace, heart, and life--even if it's only 15 or 20
    minutes at a time.
--Engage in hobbies and interests. Take time to enjoy the things that you like to do and don't feel
   guilty about it.
