The whitening foal features professional strength bleaching power in combination with effective scrubbing bubbles for faster results without the pain or discomfort that is typical of many traditional tooth whitening systems. The Non-Peroxide Whitening Foam removes both surface and sub-surface stains better and faster than leading whitening pastes and gels that are too thick to match the performance of foam.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dispense cleaning foam Pump Bottle One on dry toothbrush and brush teeth for 1 minute.
2. Rinse mouth completely.
3. Dispense whitening foam Pump Bottle Two on toothbrush and gently brush teeth for 1 minute.
4. Rinse mouth completely.
5. Do not rinse, eat or drink anything else for 15 minutes afterwards.
6. Use for three weeks every six months.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply on teeth once in morning and once at night. Do not swallow. Do not use more than 2-3 times daily. Results vary from person to person. Results expected in one to three weeks

My thoughts-- I have been using this for the past couple of weeks. I love the fact that its super easy to use. You simply pump it onto the toothbrush and brush. There is no rinsing at all. I have noticed that there has been some whiting with my teeth since using this product. I have tried several different teeth whiting kits and this by far is the best i have used. This also has a spearmint flavor
