I was reading a book title "A daily dose of Hitch Fit 365 days of inspiration by Diana Chaloux-Lacerte with Micah Lacerte" I wanted to share with you these commitments cause i feel that they are awesome and i will be making these commitments. --Chop, prep and prepare foods ahead of time. set aside one time a week to cook chicken, cut veggies, etc. --Hydrate yourself with plenty of water. Remember that staying hydrated keeps you strong and boosts metabolism. --Stay away from soda, foods, containing high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated fats and refined foods. --Learn some new recipes. Don't let boredom be your excuse to deviate from your eating plan. --Lower your sodium intake.
