I was reading a book title "A daily dose of Hitch Fit 365 days of inspiration by Diana Chaloux-Lacerte with Micah Lacerte" I wanted to share with you these commitments cause i feel that they are awesome and i will be making these commitments. --Chop, prep and prepare foods ahead of time. set aside one time a week to cook chicken, cut veggies, etc. --Hydrate yourself with plenty of water. Remember that staying hydrated keeps you strong and boosts metabolism. --Stay away from soda, foods, containing high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated fats and refined foods. --Learn some new recipes. Don't let boredom be your excuse to deviate from your eating plan. --Lower your sodium intake. I received this as part of the Good Life Voxbox complimentary from Influenster. These bars are so delish. The are great to put into your purse and take with you. As someone that has lost 40+ lbs, i love putting one of these bars in my purse when i have a day fill of activity's. They come in three different flavors.
